Grus Home Energy currently ships orders to customers in the United States.

Our primary shipping origin is China. Available shipping options, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, address issues, and other events outside our control can affect delivery timing.

Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. If an order is delayed or returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, contact us at support@grus.io.

If you need to change an order or need help with delivery, contact us as soon as possible at support@grus.io. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered fulfillment.

For return instructions, contact support before sending any product back. Do not send returns to the shipping origin unless instructed by Grus Home Energy.
